Stephanie brings nearly two decades of senior people and culture leadership across some of Australia's most respected construction businesses. She knows our industry, she knows what it takes to build high-performing teams, and her genuine, people-first approach is a perfect fit for The Erilyan Way.

She joins us at an exciting time in our growth, and we can't wait to see what we'll build together.

For 12 years, we've partnered with the @sydneyconvicts Rugby Club. We're also the Corporate Partner of @relove_au, a charity that transforms donated furniture into fully furnished homes for people leaving domestic violence and hardship.

Recently, those partnerships came together. The Convicts joined our team to volunteer for ReLove. And we were proud to attend ReLove's gala dinner, which raised over $400,000, attended by The Hon. Rose Jackson MLC, Minister for Water, Housing, Homelessness, Mental Health and Youth.

For us partnership is how we show up, for our clients, our partners, and the communities we help shape.

We've recently completed Peninsula Private Hospital, Stage 3A with @ramsayhealth.

This project expands Australia's healthcare capacity, giving more patients access to quality care in modern clinical spaces.

Delivered 3 weeks ahead of programme, the scope included a new Cath Lab and back of house upgrades, completed within a live hospital environment with no disruption to adjacent theatres.

Major milestone achieved at NEXTDC S6 Sydney in Fe

Major milestone achieved at NEXTDC S6 Sydney in February.

The recently completed hyper capacity data hall included comprehensive cooling upgrades, and installation of electrical infrastructure for supporting 100% uptime.

Delivering at speed for our repeat client, whose mission critical infrastructure continues to scale AI ready capacity and lead the market to enable Australia's digital future.

We’re now advancing even more capacity development, including several infrastructure upgrades and generator lifts, enabling multiple MW’s of additional IT capacity to scale an AI ready future for all Australian organisations.

Plans are underway for the revitalisation of Craig

Plans are underway for the revitalisation of Craigieburn Hotel in the Southern Highlands, operated by @accor.

Working with @constructionassignments and @mostaghimandassociates Architects, a Development Application has been submitted to reposition this historic guesthouse and golf course. The proposal focuses on enhancing accommodation and guest amenities while respecting the site’s heritage.

Guided by a comprehensive Conservation Management Plan, the 72-room hotel will be reconfigured to include new lodges, upgraded conference facilities, and a swimming pool, complementing the existing homestead and landscaped grounds.

A considered, heritage-led upgrade that will deliver tangible improvements for guests, the operator, and the region.

This project delivered a 36MW state-of-the-art facility, enabled by innovative in-house commissioning methodologies and extensive offsite prefabrication.
